Glass Fusing

Have you seen those stunning fused glass pieces at local art shows? We offer an introduction to glass fusing taught by our own artist and fuser Susan Udermann. This is a FUN class where you learn how to cut, assemble a your own glassterpiece using base glass, frit, powders, noodles, stringers, etc! Class project includes a glass base and design layer, and a single "fuse" kiln-fire for you. $5 extra for slump fire. $48 in advance only. We offer a $17 upgrade at the class to do an 8 inch project. (By the way, this is an awesome price for learning glass. It's a very high-end medium and we tried to make this intro to fusing class affordable!) Click below for dates & to register.
If you are a "fuser" already, we still require this class to use our studio glass station on a walk-in basis. Think of it like an orientation to our program, you have lots of fun, make new friends, AND get to make a piece.)
